Refund Policy

1. Architectural & Interior Design Services
Due to the highly customized, labor-intensive, and intellectual nature of architectural drawings, 3D renderings, floor plans, and mood boards, all initial retainer fees and milestone payments are non-refundable. Work starts immediately upon receipt of invoice clearances.
2. Initial Consultations & Bookings
Fees paid for booking virtual or in-person advisory consultations, site visits, or space planning assessments are refundable if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time slot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled slot are eligible for rescheduling but not refunds.
3. Project Revisions & Approvals
Our contracts define the number of design revision cycles included in each phase. Any adjustments requested beyond the defined contract cycles are billed as additional services and are non-refundable. We work collaboratively to ensure your ultimate design expectations are met.
4. Third-Party Vendor & Construction Material Costs
Planedge Architect acts as a design consultant and is not responsible for refunding any payments made directly to construction contractors, brick manufacturers, interior fitting builders, material suppliers, or other third-party vendors introduced during project execution.
